2 – ARTICLES :
We are selling natural fiber ropes and other objects related to kinbaku.
The photos of presentation of the products proposed on our site are not contractual, and can not engage the responsibility of the SELLER with regard to the buyer.
3 – RISKS :
The transfer of risks to the Customer or his representatives takes place upon delivery.
Even if kinbaku is commonly practiced with these ropes, the fact remains that it is not the use for which these ropes are designed.

Our prices are in EUROS.
The sale price of our items is not subject to VAT pursuant to Article 293B of the General Tax Code.

5 – SHIPPING FEES :

10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL :
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the CLIENT has a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of his order to return the product to the seller.
